Scorcher, one of the UK’s leading Grime emcees and award-winning producers, has unveiled his new track ‘Work Get It’ featuring Wretch 32 and Mercston. The song is the first single from his forthcoming EP, which will be the latest release since his third edition of the ‘Simply The Best’ mixtape collection.
‘Work Get It’, premiered by Mistajam, hears The Movement MCs collaborate to create some musical motivation with singer Ari on the hook, and if the last few years are anything to go by then there’s no mistaking as to where the inspiration for the track came from. Tayo ‘Scorcher’ Jarrett has definitely been putting the work in and getting the rewards; from his unforgettable time on TV screen as Kamale in Channel 4’s Top Boy, to being nominated for a MOBO Award, supporting the likes of Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg on tour and performing at festivals across the country.
