Ron Trent

Ron Trent is an extremely talented dj/producer who started his journey very young in his teens, released his first record ‘Altered States’ to much critical acclaim. Collaborating with Hula & Fingers from Jive Records and merging with Chez Damier aka Anthony Pearson to run one of the most influential deep house imprints of all time Descriptive Records from Chicago. Ron Trent also lived in NYC where he rapidly stood his ground and proved himself a relevant DJ & Producer, securing dates at Shelter and Body and Soul.

He hosted his own nights at Vinyl, and secured a residency with Giant Step at Shine. RonTrent has collaborated with Jody Watley, Carl Hancock Rux, Anastacia to name a few. With approximately 70 releases featuring albums, singles, eps, comps & mixes for the likes of Peacefrog, Giant Step, Discriptive, Future Vision, Cajul, R2 and Need2Soul records.
