DJ FRESH has joined forces with acclaimed producer High Contrast and pioneering MC Dizzee Rascal as an esteemed trio to present new single ‘How Love Begins’, released on February 5th 2016 via Ministry of Sound.
Born out of experimentation and a heavyset appreciation for UK dance culture, ‘How Love Begins’ marries contemporary sounds with vintage, breaks-laden rhythms and classic rave sampling – all punctuated by powerful, anthemic vocals and Dizzee Rascal’s signature, quick-witted flow.
A testament to the production work that has already seen DJ FRESH, a torchbearer for drum & bass and dubstep’s crossover success, score two UK #1 singles and make waves with 2015 hit single ‘Gravity’, ‘How Love Begins’ also pays homage to High Contrast’s drum & bass roots and Dizzee’s continued legacy.
Premiered by Annie Mac as her ‘Hottest Record In The World’ on BBC Radio 1 and as MistaJam’s ‘Radio Ripper’ on 1xtra, it’s anthemic, feel-good dance music as its best – and a single sure to make a big impression on 2016.
‘How Love Begins’ will be released on 5th February 2016.
An acclaimed DJ and producer, DJ FRESH is widely recognised as one of the UK’s most influential electronic music artists.
