Fresh after a sold out panel at Comic Con NY, today Def Jam Recordings/Visionary Music Group/Virgin EMI artist LOGIC unleashes his new song “Like Woah,” co-produced by 6ix and LOGIC.
The blistering track puts LOGIC’s sheer lyrical abilities on display as he continues to drive towards the November 13th release date of his new album THE INCREDIBLE TRUE STORY.
This past weekend, LOGIC took the stage at Comic Con NY, hosting a sold out panel on the intersection of music and anime culture that is a prevalent theme on THE INCREDIBLE TRUE STORY. LOGIC spoke to a crowd of over five hundred attendees, alongside voice-actor Steve Blum (“Star Wars,” “Transformers,” “Call of Duty”), who is featured on the album, as well as producers, engineers and others involved in the THE INCREDIBLE TRUE STORY.
‘THE INCREDIBLE TRUE STORY’ follows an incredible year for LOGIC with Logic 2014 debut Under Pressure, which landed at #2 on the Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and #4 on the Billboard 200 album chart.
It was hailed as one 2014’s greatest hip-hop debuts, with Huffington Post crowning it “2014’s Best Hip-Hop Album So Far.” iTunes named it “Best Hip Hop Album 2014,” Artist Direct called it “The Best Debut of 2014,” and MTV News nominated it as “Rap Album Of The Year Contender.”
The buzz landed LOGIC performances at The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Lollapalooza, Wireless Festival UK, Governor’s Ball and a headline world tour.
