Vertex FM met up with  Paul Fuller, Marlon Harris and Luke Rayment. This trio make up with South East London based band Rawfox.

1. Can you introduce yourselves
Rawfox is Paul Fuller, Marlon Harris and Luke Rayment
2. Where are you guys from?
We are from South East London.
3. How many of you are there in the band and who plays what?
There are 3 Band Members.
Paul Fuller: is the Lead Singer and Plays Drums.
Marlon Harris: is the Lead Guitarist and Vocals.
 Luke Rayment: plays Bass and Vocals.
4. How long have you guys been together?
We have been together for 3 years
5. What Style of music do you play?
Paul: It’s Rock N Roll!
Marlon: Maximum Rock n roll
Luke: I’d say Rock N Roll with a Mod Feel
6. How would describe the Rawfox sound?
Paul: Energetic and powerful, and in yer Face!
Marlon: Mohammed Ali Soaring and Roaring with Echoes of Mod. Powerful and sprinkled with some soul.
Luke: ermm…Powerful with a lot of energy.
7. Who are Rawfox influenced by musically?
Paul: Elvis, the Beatles, the Kinks etc.
Marlon: The Who,Oasis,The Jam, The Small Faces, Motown
Luke: The Who,The Small Faces, Led Zeppelin and Oasis.
8. Tell us about some of your productions?

9. What do you think about theUKmusic scene in 2010?
Paul: It’s Shit, apart from Rawfox!
Marlon: Pile of poo. We’re here to add the coolness back in rock n roll with top tunes.
Luke: To be honest, I think its ok, buts it’s missing something. There’s a lot of arty farty bands which is more to do with sounding like everyone else, and these bands aint individual.
10. What do you think about Internet radio stations such as Vertex FM and the effect they have on theUK music scene?
It’s good stations like Vertex FM put the message from bands and music out there so its heard. Keep it up Vertex FM. Big up yaself.
11. What do you have planned for the rest of the year?
Making more people hear Rawfox such as gigs etc
12. What are you guys listening too at the moment?
Paul: I’m listening to Roxy Music and The Doors.
Marlon: The Black Crowes – such an Amazing band!!
Luke: I’m listening to Ocean Colour Scene at the moment, the ‘One from the Modern’ album, it’s not a recent album but it’s a classic in itself
